About the Founder
Faith in God Charity Missions was founded by Terrence T. Shey, the third of five children and the breadwinner of his family. After losing his father at age five, Terrence and his family endured severe hardship, relying on his mother’s meager farming income. Despite being frequently sent home from school for unpaid fees, Terrence persevered, supported by his mother's small savings and his own small jobs.

Faith in God Charity Missions
In 2009, Terrence accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, inspiring him to support others facing similar struggles. After high school, he began working for the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services and started saving 10% of his salary to support orphans and widows in his local villages, Mbaa and Konya, by providing school supplies and food.
In 2016, Terrence moved to the United States, allowing him to expand his support from quarterly to monthly distributions. He now collaborates with his mother and a team of 11 individuals, including pastors and health workers, to distribute aid and share scripture.
Terrence’s acts of kindness have inspired others, leading to the continuous expansion of the organization. Faith in God Charity Missions now encompasses various social welfare programs, including charity, gospel preaching, feeding the hungry, life-skill training, and community health services, all aimed at promoting collaborative, sustainable, and equitable development.
